The Pista Gold with its thicker latex tread is recommended for sprinters doing high power standing starts or Endurance racers wanting extended longetivity for the multi lap bunch races. A pair of Pista Gold 3000 tubulars will see an advantage each lap over a pair of Pista Oro tubulars of around 30cm.
