Delivery and delivery charges

Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.

We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary when in your online shopping basket.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

Where an item/s are returned for a refund by a customer, if the item/s were originally shipped on a freight free basis Pack & Pedal reserves the right to deduct a handling charge from the refund. The handling charge is calculated based on what the shipping cost would have been. We will confirm this amount with you prior to deducting it from the refund.
Please contact us prior to returning the item(s) through the online returns link on our website so we can discuss the options for both the product you wish to replace/return and any applicable freight charges or deductions if any.

Bikes are store pickup only from your local Pack & Pedal store.

Bikes, Large Tents, Dangerous Goods and some other large Items are excluded from Freight free Over $250 and Rural Over $250 has a small charge.
